Learn how to create contagious engagement starting with your workforce and spilling over to your customers. The workshop will discuss how to expand your reach and grow your brand from the inside out.
1) Learn why an employees first, customers second branding strategy will benefit your organization. See how effective branding requires that your employees, have a complete understanding of, and ability to deliver on, your brand promise.
2) Decipher best practices for building chief brand evangelists internally. Discover how to create contagious engagements, activating your workforce and spilling over to your customers.
3) Discover how to expand your reach and grow your brand from the inside out. Build an actionable, take-home toolbox of tips and tactics that can help your organization successfully create contagious engagements using new and existing internal programs such as onboarding, all-hands meetings, intranets, social media, and leadership development to amplify brand awareness.
